Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated educator to deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, with the ability to inspire creativity, confidence, and collaboration in students. The successful candidate will also play a key role in organising school productions and contributing to the wider arts curriculum. Key Responsibilities: * Teach engaging and imaginative Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5 * Plan and direct school performances and theatre productions * Track student progress and provide constructive feedback * Foster a classroom culture that promotes confidence, teamwork, and artistic exploration * Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the Arts Department About the School: This welcoming and forward-thinking school is committed to both academic and personal development.
