What’s the Role?

We are seeking a customer service focused Parts Driver to join Waylands. Working out of our Oxford Volvo dealership, you will be delivering parts to our customers on a daily basis.

Duties Will Include

  • Organising deliveries in a prompt and efficient manner and maintaining records as required.
  • Representing Waylands positively by maintaining good customer relations
  • Reporting any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by the Company to the department manager.
  • Generating additional sales where possible.
  • Providing potential business opportunities to the management team.
  • Driving the branch delivery vehicle in a careful and courteous manner with due regard to the Road Traffic Act and Company Procedures.
  • Required Skills And Experience

You will have a full UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
  • Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
  • Excellent paperwork and IT skills
  • Great communication skills – demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity
  • High levels of focus, energy and drive
