Waylands Volvo, Bristol. Due to the continued success of Waylands, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and professional Carpark Attendant to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Bristol. This is a key front‑of‑house role that plays an important part in our customer experience. The successful candidate will take pride in keeping our site organised, safe and welcoming, ensuring customers can easily park, move around the site, and enjoy a smooth visit from arrival to departure.

What’s the Role?
- Managing on‑site vehicle movements, including customer vehicles, demonstrators, and inventory
- Moving vehicles safely between the dealership and nearby off‑site compound
- Keeping the car park organised to ensure sufficient and clearly marked customer parking
- Greeting customers, assisting with parking, and directing them to the correct areas
- Responding to parking‑related enquiries in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintaining the car park and surrounding areas to a high standard, including litter picking, recycling, and light grounds maintenance
- Supporting the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth and professional operation throughout the day
What Do You Get in Return?
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri 8am to 5:30pm with a 1‑hour lunch break)
- Salary of £24,784.50 per annum
