Waylands Kia, Bicester is looking for a natural motivator and leader of people, with a love of cars and a desire to get to know our customers. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Kia dealership in Bicester. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in providing a high-quality service for our customers.
What does a typical day involve?
- Managing the team of Sales Executives and the Transaction Manager.
- Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on new and used vehicles and finance and insurance products.
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email.
- Working to market vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online, liaising with the marketing and digital sales teams to ensure this is accurate and seamless.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high.
- Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way.
- Maintaining and tracking KPI’s.
- Ensuring all sales completed are FCA compliant in conjunction with the Transaction Manager.
- Second-facing when required to close deals.
- Underwriting part exchanges.
- Ensuring stock is prepared to company standards.
- Ensuring showroom and forecourt presentation is always to a high standard.
