Overview
Are you a completer-finisher with great attention to detail? If so … you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join the team at our Volvo showroom in Swindon. The role is for a Sales Administrator who will provide administrative support to the Sales team, processing customers’ vehicle orders and completing the associated administration. Previous experience in sales administration is welcomed.
What’s the Role?
The Sales Administrator will be a central point of contact for the Sales team, communicating clearly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner. You will work with the team to process customer orders, complete pre-delivery tasks such as vehicle registration and taxing vehicles, and provide administrative support to the Sales Executives.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator able to work to a high standard of accuracy. We pride ourselves on giving our customers an excellent experience from start to finish, so you will also have great communication skills and be able to build rapport with a wide range of people. You will also require a full UK driving licence.
