Are you fanatical about cars and looking to start a career in the motor retail industry? Do you excel at customer service and have ideas to create an exceptional customer experience? Waylands Automotive is seeking a Product Specialist for our Volvo dealership in Havant. With training, you will become the branch expert on our products to help customers make the right choice when they buy a vehicle. You would join at Level 1 and progress through Level 2 and 3 via the Product Specialist training programme, with the potential to become a fully-fledged Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- Listening to customers to help them find the perfect vehicle.
- Photographing stock images to support the Marketing team.
- Preparing the showroom and cars each morning.
- Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
- Developing knowledge of the range of vehicles stocked and the relevant manufacturers.
About You
- Active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude with all customers.
- Job satisfaction from providing outstanding service.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn.
Salary, Hours and Benefits
- 5-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (45 hours per week).
- 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays; some cover may be required).
