Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with at least a year's experience in Parts? If so, you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Volvo & MG, Newbury. Waylands Automotive is a successful and expanding motor dealer group with 11 sites across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working within our small, close-knit team, you will provide high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling our parts aftersales services
  • Ensuring their successful delivery to our Volvo customers
  • Liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress
  • Updating customers
  • Obtaining authorisation for additional work
  • Resolving customer queries to ensure high satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be personable, highly motivated, and capable of achieving consistently high customer service levels. Effective communication skills and an interest in cars are essential.
