We are looking for a new customer focused Receptionist/Welcome Host to join our busy Volvo dealership in Oxford, in the beautiful suburb of Cumnor. As the first point of contact for our customers, whether in person or on the telephone, you should take pride in delivering a first-class visitor experience. Our preferred candidates will bring personality and efficiency to the role.
Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.
Responsibilities:- Meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments.
- Answering the phone and transferring to Sales, Service and Parts, or recording messages on the call log.
- Post and courier management.
- Ordering stationery and supplies for the staff within the dealership.
- Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager.
- You should be well presented.
- You should be a team player and work well on a job share basis. Overtime is available to cover holidays and sickness.
- You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages.
- Basic salary: ÂŁ12.21 per hour, ÂŁ17,460 per annum.
- Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-14:00, (27.5 hours per week).
- 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
