Who We’re Looking For
- An outgoing people person who thrives on meaningful customer connections
- Experienced in automotive sales — or simply driven by a genuine passion to learn
- Attentive to every detail (yes, remembering the name of someone’s dog really does matter)
- Motivated to hit targets and go above and beyond
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- A confident and authentic communicator
- A full UK driving licence holder (for at least 12 months)
What You’ll Get
- Full‑time basic: £27,040 + commissions and bonuses (OTE £40,540)
- 45 hours per week, worked over a 7‑day week.
