Your Role at a Glance:
- Integrations & Technical Ownership: you'll build, maintain and enhance systems, internal automations & workflows to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness.
- Lead Routing: Take ownership of lead routing including maintaining and optimizing lead allocation, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound lead flow.
- Data Analytics & Problem Solving: You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance, conduct root cause analysis to propose and build solutions. You will measure results against existing KPIs and embed a continuous improvement mentality in your work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Ownership: You will collaborate actively with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and build solutions that will improve overall efficiency and productivity. Support revenue data hygiene, including enrichment, and process improvements to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Driving Operational Excellence: This is a high impact role where you'll have the opportunity to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles
- Excellent analytical skills and solid technical fluency, with the ability to convey complex requirements between technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable with Excel, GSheet, SQL or Python (Pandas, Numpy, Seabourn, MatPlotLib)
- Exposure to automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath).
- Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and other GTM-function technologies, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), sales enablement, engagement & orchestration, and customer-success platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to drive adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity, evidenced by a history of delivering successful outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross functionally.
