The Engineering Growth team manages Customer Acquisition and Marketing & Partnerships, focusing on optimizing the customer sign-up journey, driving growth through marketing solutions, and handling technology partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team executing strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Oversee technical delivery of high-impact projects (3+ months) while maintaining operational excellence.
- Balance team capacity between strategic projects and essential maintenance work.
- Partner with Marketing and Partnership teams to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable systems for marketing automation and partner integrations.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Facilitate architectural decisions that enhance marketing and partnership capabilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management at scale.
- Strong technical background in building scalable marketing and partnership technology solutions.
- Ability to prioritize effectively between tactical changes, strategic investments, and technical debt.
- Successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud technologies and distributed systems.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ideal candidates will have experience across different industries and organizations, particularly in financial services, fintech, or B2B sectors.
