Culture:
- Investment or lending role at a bank, fund or fintech.
- The broader your experience with SME or SMB lending in the UK, the better.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the nuances of lending to different business models and industries.
Requirements:
- Consistent and strong academic record.
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial reporting presented by companies (e.g. management accounts, financial models, statutory accounts).
- Comfort leading regular internal and external (client-facing) meetings and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- CPA/ACCA/CFA/CIMA qualification - preferred, but not essential.
- Studying towards (or intending to study towards) a professional accounting/finance qualification - preferred, but not essential.

- GB London: Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
- AU Sydney: Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.
- US Atlanta: New York.
