Your Role at a Glance
The key ways you'll bring value to the team:

  • You’ll build, maintain and enhance systems & integrations connecting our GTM Tech Stack that directly influence the full sales funnel.
  • You’ll also build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels including maintaining and optimising lead assignment rules, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound flow.
  • You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance and conduct root cause analysis to build solutions.
  • You will measure results against existing KPIs and instil a continuous improvement mentality in your work.
  • You will collaborate with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and build solutions that will improve overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Support revenue data hygiene, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and usability across systems.
  • Your goal will be to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles. Excellent technical fluency & analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements between technical and non-technical teams. Proven experience with Python (or node.js), SQL, HubSpot automations & developer suite. Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath). Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and other GTM-function technologies, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), sales enablement, engagement & orchestration, and customer‑success platforms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to drive adoption, training, and change management initiatives. Robust problem‑solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity - evidenced by a history of delivering successful outcomes in complex, fast‑paced environments. You’re passionate about FinTech/eCommerce.

Dublin, Our Buzzing HQ: Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in‑office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.
London, One Big Family: Home to around 30 employees, our brand‑new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.
Sydney, Small but Mighty: Our close‑knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.
