Wayflyer is seeking a finance lawyer to own external funding, debt facilities and intercreditor arrangements, and to support capital markets activity end to end. You’ll partner with business teams on core lending products and manage local counsel across jurisdictions to deliver practical guidance. You’ll also own contractual templates and playbooks, updating them as the business scales and launches new products or enhances existing ones.
