About the role
What you’ll be working on:
- Owning the creation of video content across our marketing channels — from concept to final cut
- Producing short-form and long-form videos for product launches, social media, events, and paid campaigns
- Working closely with the growth and product teams to storyboard and script compelling narratives
- Capturing footage in studio or on location, with an eye for lighting, composition, and audio quality
- Editing video and motion graphics that align with Emma’s brand identity
- Organising shoots, sourcing talent, and managing equipment and production timelines
- Building a consistent visual tone across our video content to strengthen Emma’s brand and storytelling
Who we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design — ideally within a startup or fast-moving environment
- Strong portfolio of video work spanning social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling
- Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools
- A storyteller at heart — able to translate complex ideas into engaging, human-centred video
- Comfortable working end-to-end: shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering polished content
- Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping people take control of their money
- Collaborative, driven, and ready to build the future of finance with us
