At VEED, our mission is to make video creation accessible to anyone. No hard-to-use equipment, painful learning curve, or keeping track of multiple subscriptions to take your ideas from record to share. With VEED, you can do this with a single tool. In just a few years, we’ve gone from one user to millions. From no revenue to $45M+ ARR. From bootstrapped to backed by Sequoia, one of the biggest VC firms in the world. From a team of two to a team of 180+. And we’re seeking more talented, motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.

Where And How We Work

At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.

About the team

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Social & Content to own the full social and content strategy at VEED — across copywriting, social strategy, & organic creator content. This is a rare opportunity to shape how an AI-first video brand shows up in the world, from the messaging on our homepage to the content that gets shared across millions of feeds. You’ll lead a team including a Social Growth Strategist, Community Manager, and organic social creators, and work closely with product, marketing, growth and design to make VEED's content a genuine engine for awareness, acquisition, and retention.

We’re not looking for someone who studies the algorithm from a safe distance. We want a trend-spotter who moves fast, a data-obsessive who acts on what they find, and a creative who produces work that actually stops the scroll. You’ll set the content strategy and ship it — sometimes on the same day. High bias for action, high accountability, high bar for craft.

What you’ll do

  • Own VEED's social strategy end-to-end: set the vision, build the playbook, and drive measurable growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Lead AI-first, product-led social content — turning VEED features into scroll-stopping moments that spark discovery and usage across our ICP and the wider AI/tech community.
  • Design repeatable content series and launch frameworks that connect social to product moments, demand generation, and community growth.
  • Stay close to platform trends and cultural shifts; move quickly to test, learn, and adapt.
  • Set KPIs, track performance obsessively, and translate data into action — not just reports.

Content & Messaging

  • Develop and maintain VEED's messaging framework and core content pillars — the foundation everything else builds on.
  • Own website copy: refresh and optimize pages for clarity, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Write and oversee scripts, ad copy, and landing pages that move people through the funnel.
  • Create case studies, one-pagers, blogs, and other content that brings VEED's value to life for our core audiences.
  • Partner with product marketing on in-product messaging and feature launch copy.
  • Lead and develop your team: Social Growth Strategist, Community Manager, and a roster of internal and external creators.
  • Set workflows, briefs, and production standards that scale without losing quality or speed.
  • Partner with the Influencer Marketing & Paid Social teams to amplify reach and identify growth opportunities.
  • Be the creative standard-bearer for the team: push for sharper copy, stronger concepts, and higher craft across everything.

What you bring

  • Proven ability to drive product-led social growth — not just brand awareness. You know the difference and you’ve delivered the former.
  • Data-obsessed and analytics-into-action: you track what matters, spot what’s working before anyone else, and move on it fast.
  • A trend radar that’s always on — you’re plugged into cultural shifts and AI innovation, and you know how to translate that into content that lands.
  • Sharp copy across every format: homepage to email, ad to case study. You distill complex product information into messaging that actually moves people.
  • Strong creative instincts and craft: eye for design, ear for voice, and a consistent ability to make scroll-stopping content.
  • Experience building repeatable content systems and launch frameworks — not one-off wins, but scalable playbooks.
  • A track record of building an audience or network, with real credibility in the space.
  • Experience managing creators, partners, and external collaborators to a high bar.
  • Nice to have: comfortable on camera.

What we offer

  • Monthly subsidy programme: Everyone values different things, so we give you a monthly allowance to spend how it suits you best — whether that’s on office furniture, childcare, gym memberships, or anything else that makes your life easier.
  • Unlimited paid holidays: Time with family, friends, or just yourself is priceless.
  • Home office set-up: We make sure your home office is fully equipped with everything you need — laptop, monitors, headsets, keyboards, and more — so you can work comfortably and creatively.
  • Mental health benefit: We’ve partnered with Spill to offer confidential mental health support to all our team members.
  • Equity: When VEED wins, you win. Our stock options let you share in the company’s growth and be a part of our journey.

Even if you don’t have every skill listed here, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, drive, and the ability to learn just as much as existing expertise. We think what matters is people. After all, a company is just a group of people. We don’t care about where you’re from, what school you went to or where you worked before. If you’ve done exceptional work, we want to hear from you. Join us on our mission to make creative storytelling with video simple and accessible for everyone.
