Terra is hiring a Senior Customer Engineer who operates at the intersection of deep technical ability and customer-facing ownership. You will own the full integration lifecycle from sandbox to production-grade pipelines, debugging webhooks and OAuth flows across providers while delivering reusable reference implementations in Python and Node.js.
You'll build internal tooling, write developer documentation, and champion the customer's perspective within engineering.
