About the role
As our first in house Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Your expertise in data-driven marketing and campaign optimization will directly impact the success of our mission. This role will sit in our 4-person marketing team, reporting to our Head of Growth. Work alongside industry experts with a proven record of driving exceptional business growth, helping you thrive in a dynamic, skilled team.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Networks, ensuring cost-effective lead generation.
- Optimise media spend to drive maximum ROI, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the business.
- Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to ensure continuous innovation and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams on initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to expand reach and improve efficiency.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of driving growth through paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing strategies, with an understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot CRM, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with additional channels such as Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other emerging platforms is a plus.
