About the role
As our first dedicated People Ops Associate, youâll work directly with the COO to design and run the systems that make InsurX scale from hiring and onboarding to performance, culture, and compliance.
This is a builder role: part architect, part operator. Youâll help us create a high-performance environment where clarity, accountability, and growth are the norm.
What you\âll do
Build systems that scale
- Design and implement the core people infrastructure (hiring, onboarding, performance, progression, L&D) that supports our next phase of growth.
- Turn whatâs implicit today into simple, reliable processes that free teams to perform.
- Partner with leadership to embed our values and strengthen our culture as we grow.
Run smooth, compliant operations
- Own the employee lifecycle from offer to exit, ensuring a consistent, excellent experience.
- Keep our HRIS (Revolut People) and records flawless, compliant, and auditâready.
- Partner with Finance and Payroll for zeroâfriction monthly operations and manage visa sponsorships.
Enable performance and engagement
- Drive quarterly performance and promotion cycles, ensuring theyâre fair, fast, and feedbackâdriven.
- Analyse people data (eNPS, turnover, DEI) to spot trends and take action.
- Run engagement and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen belonging and motivation.
Attract and retain top talent
- Partner with hiring managers on endâtoâend recruitment: building diverse, highâquality pipelines.
- Lead employerâbranding initiatives to position InsurX as the destination for top insurance and tech talent.
- Continuously refine our onboarding experience to accelerate rampâup and retention.
About you

- Analytical and structured thinker: You break problems down, understand the root cause, and design solutions that scale.
- 2â4 years of experience in a relevant role (People Ops, HR, Operations, Talent, Chief of Staff, Founders Associate or another crossâfunctional role where you owned processes endâtoâend).
