About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations.
- Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
- Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers.
- Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
- Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales with a large volume of outbounds in your role.
- Experience opening up and maintaining relationships in a new market.
- Experience of marketing mapping key individuals within organisations.
- Experience outbounding and onboarding affiliates.
- Go getter / hustler mentality.
- An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
- You want to be part of an amazing team.
