About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement.
  • Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience.
  • Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
  • Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent.
  • Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities.
  • Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s mission.
  • Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in organic marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across formats, from landing pages to educational content and retention emails.
  • Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility.
  • Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams.
  • Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication.
  • Excited to join a fast‑paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels.

Bonus points:
