At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.
We’re looking for a proactive and creative YouTube Creator to help us plan, produce, and grow high-impact video content. In this hybrid role, you will lead the content creation process from concept to final upload. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence on YouTube by creating engaging, consistent, and audience-first videos.
What you’ll do
- Plan, script, and film YouTube videos tailored to our audience
- Create content that is both educational and entertaining
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for discoverability
- Collaborate with editors and designers to bring videos to life
- Track video performance and suggest improvements
Content Planning and Workflow
- Maintain and manage a content calendar
- Coordinate production timelines and deliverables
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice
Research and Growth
- Monitor trends, formats, and competitors on YouTube
- Test new creative approaches and series formats
- Contribute to content strategy and audience development
About you
- Experience in creating and growing content on YouTube
- Strong scripting, filming, and on-camera communication skills
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bonus: editing skills or familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro

The salary range for this role is £45,600 – £57,000 gross per year. We set ranges based on market data and review them regularly. Where your offer lands within the range reflects your experience and skills relative to the level criteria for this role. We don’t ask about current or previous salary at any stage of our process.
