About the role
Responsibilities: You will work directly with the CTO and your focus will span different areas, with challenges related to our backend infrastructure, from scaling challenges to data processing ones. We have an intense roadmap ahead, which includes a plethora of new features and integrations, which you will be part of.
Our tech stack:
- Languages: TypeScript, Javascript
- Libraries and frameworks: gRPC, Redux, React Native, Next.js
- Datastores: Vitess, MySQL, CockroachDB, BigQuery, Redis
- Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, PubSub, Terraform
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Metabase
Current interests: We are building the 1st Finance App in the UK, used by many people every day. We are shipping an average of a feature per week and tons of micro-improvements that compound in making our app valuable. Machine learning: we have an enormous amount of transaction data, which we are using to provide better insights to our users.
