Responsibilities
- Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement.
- Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience.
- Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
- Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent.
- Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities.
- Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s mission.
- Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in organic marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across formats, from landing pages to educational content and retention emails.
- Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility.
- Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams.
- Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication.
