Cleo is seeking a Lead User Researcher to join our growing research team and partner closely with product, design, and data to shape our roadmap with insight. You’ll own end-to-end research in an embedded product area and drive actionable decisions.
You’ll employ a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore user needs, concepts, and features, turning findings into clear, product-relevant insights that influence direction and prioritisation.
