Cleo is seeking a strategic Research Ops Lead to design, build, and scale the engine behind our Research team.

You will design an Insights Architecture, manage global vendor contracts, and automate workflows to increase research velocity.

You are a systems thinker at the intersection of Procurement, Legal, Product Analytics, and User Research, removing friction from the research lifecycle—from sourcing diverse participants to integrating qualitative insights with data.
