This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to join a team of brilliant, driven individuals who are passionate about making a real difference.

As a key member of our New Bets pillar, you will be instrumental in helping us explore and serve new user segments. Your primary focus will be on exploring new product opportunities. You will lead the process from ideation and concept stages to validating and testing key assumptions, and ultimately designing, testing, and building an MVP that can scale if successful. Savings is a big focus for us and a new product that we are looking to expand and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and launching MVPs with clear scope, success criteria, and trade-offs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional squads to rapidly test and deliver product concepts
  • Validating financial and operational assumptions to ensure scalability
  • Analyzing user feedback and data to iterate and improve products post-launch
  • Partnering with marketing, finance, and operations to scale successful MVPs
  • Aligning product direction with strategic goals and measurable outcomes
  • Involving designers, engineers, and analysts in product strategy and decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience building 0–1 consumer financial products at a startup or scale-up
  • Specific exposure to savings or wealth products
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to say “no” to stay focused
  • Comfortable aligning stakeholders and communicating product trade-offs clearly
  • Collaborative leadership style that empowers cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with a passion for rethinking financial experiences
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a drive to make products succeed
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on users’ financial lives
What do you get for all your hard work?
  • A competitive compensation package (base + equity) with bi-annual reviews
  • Work at one of the fastest-growing tech startups, backed by top VC firms
  • A clear progression plan
  • Flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Work where you work best, with a hybrid approach for those in London
Other Benefits:
  • Company-wide performance reviews every 6 months
  • Generous pay increases for high-performing team members
  • 25 days annual leave a year + public holidays (+ an additional day for every year spent at Cleo, up to 30 days)
  • 6% employer-matched pension in the UK
  • Private Medical Insurance via Vitality, dental cover, and life assurance
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 4 years at Cleo
  • Regular socials and activities, online and in-person
