Stayf is an infrastructure platform for corporate wellbeing. It offers an all-in-one solution for HRDs (all wellbeing data and perks) and a mobile app for employees for all wellbeing (challenges, communities, content). The vision is that employers have the highest leverage to improve people's lives, considering that we spend most of our lives at work. Stayf is building a platform to amplify this movement.
Founded by Max Zhurilo and Kirill Primaka, Max is an Oxford University alumni and founder of I Love Supersport, the largest global endurance sports school with over 60 locations. Kirill is a former venture capitalist at Peak State Ventures. Stayf is pre-seed backed by institutional VCs (including early backer of Miro, Deel, Turing) and executives from Apple Health, Twitch, and Dentsu. The company is remote-first from day one, with headquarters in London, UK.
About the role
This is a full-cycle remote Sales Manager position. You will be responsible for:
- Expansion - expanding contracts and coverage of Stayf within the existing portfolio of clients.
- Outreach - leveraging your own network, the network of Stayf founders in Eastern Europe, and experimenting with new approaches.
- Middle of the funnel - leading product demos, follow-up sessions, and pushing towards clear next steps.
- Closing - creating quotations and bespoke presentations, discussing contract terms, and launching projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within HR, EdTech, or Wellbeing space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (C1 level), and Russian (B2 level).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Adept at developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive for success and the ability to work independently in a changing environment.
- Passionate about wellness, mental health, and employee wellbeing.
