In this role, you’re the person who connects the dots. You’ll dig into our logistics data to find out exactly where we can move faster or smarter. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you‘ll turn those findings into real-world improvements. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with a complex dataset as they are explaining their recommendations to the stakeholders! Your Impact
- Find the "Why": Dig into massive datasets to uncover performance trends and pinpoint exactly where we can improve our operations.
- Measure Success: Build the metrics and reports that show how our initiatives are actually performing, helping the team spot root causes and pivot quickly.
- Tell the Story: Turn raw KPIs into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leaders to help them make high‑stakes strategic decisions.
- Bridge Tech & Ops: Partner with our Technology and Operations teams to help launch new initiatives and tech tools across the network.
- Get Hands‑On with Partners: Work directly with our carriers to troubleshoot data issues and turn performance trends into better service for our customers.
- Build Visual Tools: Create intuitive dashboards that make complex data easy for everyone to understand and act on.
- Tackle the Unexpected: Jump into ad‑hoc analysis to solve new and emerging business challenges as they pop up.
