Based out of our UK Distribution Centre, as a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be part of an operational support team connecting our teams to deliver beautiful products swiftly and effectively to our customers home. What you will do Support the operational administration of a fast paced ecommerce supply chain operation Provide strong administration support, ensuring high accuracy levels are maintained whilst meeting tight deadlines. Build and maintain operational knowledge, ensuring process documents and guides are updated and shared. Collaborate with cross functional partners to effectively problem solve and assist resolutions. Assist with cost reduction, quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Highlight any potential business impacts (positive or negative), escalating to the appropriate teams. Assist the team in general office requirements such as order, mail, appointment and file management, Help organise and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. Be flexible and open to learning and project opportunities. To be considered you will: Already have a proven track record operating within an autonomous administration position (logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, planning environments would be advantageous). Navigate computer systems and applications effectively (including MS Office/ Google).
