What You Will Do
- Effectively manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing team supporting personal and team performance, while partnering closely with the talent management team to ensure comprehensive staffing and professional growth.
- Play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business in the region by ensuring that Logistics Administrators and Home Delivery Partners provide world‑class customer experience at every opportunity.
- Proactively monitor order management and routing systems to resolve bottlenecks, optimize delivery routes, and ensure rapid fulfillment to minimize Order Turn Time.
- Oversee and manage site Health & Safety aspects to ensure compliance with regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
- Monitor, report and improve KPI, including Large Parcel Delivery Score, On Time Delivery %, Order Dwell Days and Customer Miss‑Rate to identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Partner with internal teams to provide instruction and performance feedback to third‑party partners based on objective and subjective KPIs.
- Supervise the Deliver Team while they perform day‑to‑day job functions.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience successfully operating within an operational supervisor/management role within a distribution, logistical, transport environment.
- Effective people management skills, someone who can effectively coach, mentor and nurture individuals and teams.
- Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling warehouse related activities (MSDS, Equipment Checklist, BOL).
- Exceptional communication, someone who can collaborate and build strong sustainable partnerships with internal and external members.
- Comfort with delivery routing technologies/strategies.
- A proactive and creative approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving process improvements.
