Wayfair is launching the Wayfair Verified Product Range to transform the homewares shopping experience by curating easily recognizable products that represent quality and value, aiming for up to a 70% revenue share. A key part of this strategy is producing a features and benefits video for every Verified item to boost conversion.
We are looking for a Product Presenter to join our innovative Product Video Team. By confirming product details, ensuring script accuracy, and hosting the features and benefits videos, you will be highlighting what makes these products great. Your comfort on camera, passion for homewares, and engaging on-screen presence will be essential in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions and revolutionising the online shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with creative and video teams to produce high-quality videos that effectively showcase furniture features and benefits, ensuring all daily/weekly production targets are met or exceeded.
- Present on camera using a teleprompter, while also providing natural and value-added ad-lib scripting.
- Verify product assembly script terminology and details. Utilize understanding of furniture design principles to evaluate and recommend product enhancements and improvements.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure product accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tasks to ensure data consistency and reliability.
What You’ll Need:
- Ideally, you will already bring on-camera experience. However, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate an engaging and relatable on-screen presence that effectively represents the brand's professional image.
- Ability to effectively present while reading fluently from a teleprompter and maintaining a polished, professional look.
- Exceptional attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of scripts and all product-related information.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the proven ability to collaborate effectively with the production team.
- Prior experience working with home furnishings, furniture design, or in a furniture retail environment is advantageous.
