We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Marketing Manager (L3) with 5+ years of experience to lead our Google Ads strategy, including Paid Search, Product Listing Ads (PLA), Display, and App campaigns . This role is ideal for a data-driven leader with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen , capable of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving significant business impact through Paid Search.
You will work closely with internal teams (Data Science, Engineering, Martech, Creative, and Promotions) as well as key external platform partners to optimize campaign performance, develop automation strategies, and scale revenue growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with advanced bidding models, attribution, audience segmentation, and feed optimization to maximize efficiency. Additionally, you will need a strong understanding of the evolving privacy and measurement landscape , including first-party data strategies, signal loss mitigation, and attribution modeling.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads , with a focus on Search, PLA, Display, and App campaigns .
- Manage a multi-million-dollar budget , optimizing spend allocation to maximize ROAS, LTV, and incremental revenue growth .
- Develop and implement automation strategies using in-house and third-party tools to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
- Own and enhance feed management and audience segmentation to ensure high-performing product listings and ad relevancy.
- Design and execute A/B tests for keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to refine machine learning-driven bidding models, incrementality measurement, and attribution strategies .
- Stay ahead of privacy and measurement changes , including iOS updates, cookieless tracking, server-side measurement, GA4, and first-party data strategies .
- Stay ahead of industry trends , adopting new platform features, ad formats, and bidding methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Promotions, and Category Management) to align Paid Search efforts with broader business objectives.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Search, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising .
- 1+ years of proven people management experience.
- Proven success managing large-scale budgets and driving revenue growth through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads .
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Excel (advanced functions, automation, pivot tables) .
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, auction dynamics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization .
- Experience with feed management, product catalog optimization, and dynamic ad creatives .
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign spend for efficiency and scale .
- Expertise in the evolving privacy and measurement landscape , including GA4, server-side tracking, first-party data, and attribution challenges .
- Excellent stakeholder management skills , with experience presenting insights and influencing senior leadership.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
