Shift: Panama

Your Mission:

  • Quickly diagnose equipment problems, implement effective solutions using root cause analysis to minimize downtime, and ensure all scheduled preventative maintenance is completed On Time In Full (OTIF).
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and manage on-site contractors (direct and third-party).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains in the operation and maintenance of sorters and conveyors to enhance performance and reliability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in an electrical/electrical installation discipline.
  • Solid maintenance experience within a logistics, automation, manufacturing, production, or sortation environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of the team.

And don’t worry if you don’t have experience with PLC controls (Siemens or Allen Bradley) as we will train you.
