Salary Range: £42,000 – £46,250. This is a hybrid role based in London: Monday – Thursday onsite, Friday WFH. Duration: 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

We’re seeking a data‑driven, customer‑focused Onsite Marketing Analyst to optimise Wayfair’s digital storefront, driving engagement, conversion, and business impact. You’ll own key onsite initiatives, managing high‑visibility flex content pages including the homepage, while ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies for all Brand Initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute onsite marketing initiatives, ensuring key landing pages align with business objectives, promotional priorities, and customer needs for the Brand Campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise homepage and category pages, using data‑driven content strategies to enhance engagement, conversion, and user experience.
  • Leverage content management systems (CMS) to schedule, publish, and maintain high‑impact onsite content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Apply SEO best practices, optimising keywords, metadata, and internal linking strategies to improve organic visibility and search performance.
  • Gain in‑depth knowledge of Wayfair’s tooling landscape to ensure operational excellence on a day‑to‑day basis through troubleshooting.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Align onsite messaging with broader marketing campaigns, working closely with Promotions, Creative, Curated Merch, and Product teams.
  • Partner with the Storefront Product Team to support platform enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to develop localised strategies for UK B2C and B2B audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Perform regular QA checks on onsite content, resolving issues promptly to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and document best practices, ensuring a scalable and efficient content management workflow.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas and innovations in e‑commerce and digital marketing.

Performance Optimisation & Data‑Driven Decision Making

  • Analyse key performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to refine onsite marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user behaviour analysis, leveraging heatmaps, click tracking, and funnel insights to optimise content effectiveness.
  • Refine reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear, data‑driven insights that support business objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 2–3 years in Onsite Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E‑Commerce (retail or marketplace experience is a plus); Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Communication: Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, visualization tools (Looker/Tableau), and analytics platforms (GA4/Adobe Analytics) to track KPIs and optimise performance.
  • Conversion & Strategy: Experience with A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and user behaviour analysis to drive conversion optimisation.
  • Content & Technical SEO: Expertise in CMS content management, SEO (keywords, metadata, linking), and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX principles.
  • Project Execution: Strong project management and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
