About the Role: We are looking for a paid social analyst to join in our Wayfair UK London office. As an analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting data driven decision making by analyzing performance trends, market dynamics, and marketing investments. You'll take ownership of weekly market reports, help monitor key business metrics, and work closely with teams across the EU and US to ensure marketing efforts support broader company goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset who’s eager to grow their impact in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What you will do:
- Support the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, Reddit, TikTok or Pinterest.
- Help with campaign set-up, quality checks, budget monitoring, pacing and performance tracking.
- Bring a creative, test-and-learn mindset to the role by developing innovative ideas for paid social activity and translating them into clear briefs for the creative team.
- Analyse campaign and business data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the measurement & validation agenda of paid social channels.
- Develop AI-driven applications and workflows, aimed at improving effectiveness, by leveraging AI-first softwares (Claude, Cursor, n8n).
- Compile the weekly marketing report, summarising key movements and their potential business impact.
- Support testing across audiences, creative, placements and campaign formats.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including traffic, revenue, conversion and marketing investment.
- Help maintain marketing investment forecasts and flag significant changes or variances.
- Work with channel marketing, brand and promotions teams across the EU and US.
- Present findings clearly and contribute to data-informed recommendations.
- Build knowledge of paid social platforms, new products and emerging industry trends.
What You Need:
- Strong business acumen, hunger for driving results and improvement-driven mindset.
- Ability to generate insights and solutions or build a story and strategy from large data sets.
- Willingness to learn: SQL / GBQ / Python / R.
- A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly self-starter environment with a dynamic bias for action and proactive thinking.
- Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis is a big plus.
