HR Associate (Shared Services) at Wayfair – London, UK | Remote (approx. 1-2 days per quarter in London office). Full-Time.

Wayfair believes everyone should live in a home they love. Wayfair is seeking a Human Resources Associate for our Shared Services function supporting all of our Europe & Asia locations.

As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will impact the lives of every Wayfair team member through benefits administration, processing of employee-focused policies, new employee onboarding, and general support throughout the employee life cycle. The Human Resources team helps maintain a fun, hardworking, and innovative culture at Wayfair.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our EU & Asia Business and HR teams across various corporate & warehouse sites to process employee relations requests, leave requests, administer benefits, generate & amend employee contracts
  • Conduct trainings relating to best practices for processing requests
  • Support org and structural changes ensuring consistency & speed
  • Audit and maintain accuracy of employee records using various HRIS systems
  • Support new-hire onboarding process and iterate to drive the best experience focusing on speed & accuracy of processing
  • Support performance management activities, particularly with reporting employee data
  • Assist with executing change management & communication strategies as HR Shared Services processes evolve

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a dedicated HR Generalist, Shared services or HRIS role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, preferred. Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to effectively and respectfully partner with individuals at varying levels within an organization
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
