The predicted salary is between 800 - 1000 £ per month.

To provide high standards of care and early learning – to include the monitoring and review of provision, this includes providing a safe, caring environment to enable the personal, emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities.

To ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted in line with our Safeguarding policy and ensure all team members do the same.

To implement the daily routine in the 2-3 year old room.

To work under the direction of the Manager/Room leader to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.

To promote the aims and objectives of the Pre‑school.

To promote plank standard at all times to parents, staff, and visitors.

To assist with the development and implementation of systems to monitor and record child development.

To assist with the preparation and maintenance of materials and equipment.

To be responsible for the health and safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children and ensuring staff compliance and awareness.

To be flexible within working practices of the setting. Be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the setting – e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment etc.

To plan as part of a team. Supporting and leading activities with the children.

Ensuring all policy and procedures are carried out at all times.

To lead meetings with parents and carers of your key children to share progress and set next steps.
