The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The Senior Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and processing all new deals and renewals from the point an offer is made between the Customer and WOL, through to execution of the lease. The Senior Leasing Coordinator will also deal with tenant queries regarding the new lets/renewals process and assist the customer at each stage where necessary in line with Way of Life key values. Further to this, ad-hoc scenarios arising as a result of customer requests will also be subject to thorough review and system administration, as part of this role. This includes, but is not limited to, contract variation requests as a result of the removal of services (car park, cleaning etc.), Customers being served notice etc.

In addition, the Senior Leasing Coordinator will be instrumental in keeping the Property Management System Qube up to date as the deal with the customer progresses, from Under Offer to Let (or withdrawn). This includes the full onboarding process i.e. raising all charges, input of dates and relevant notes. Where required, this person will also assist in helping the wider finance team when resource dictates necessary.

Requirements

    • Property Management experience within a Customer-focused environment.
    • Required authority, skill and support to creatively address customer needs across the portfolio.

    • Able to show an understanding of and commitment to property services and managing landlord and customer relationships.

    • Ability to work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient.
    • Demonstrable experience and ability to use ICT packages i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility for own actions and development opportunities, maintaining high levels of integrity.
