Way Cycles is a leading bike shop in London, dedicated to providing expert services, sales, and support to cyclists. We\'re looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Shop Assistant/Bicycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:Bicycle Mechanics:
- Maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on all types of bikes.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely service.
- Organise the workspace to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Shop Assistant/Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and repairs.
- Provide accurate quotes and explain pricing to customers.
- Use Citrus Lime system to manage orders, services, and inventory.
- Offer expert advice on products and services.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in bicycle mechanics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for cycling and solid knowledge of bikes and repairs.
- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
