Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of music and developing students’ musical talents.

Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to explore different musical genres and express themselves creatively.

Teach a range of musical skills, including singing, instrumental performance, music theory, and composition.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to cater to diverse learning styles and inspire students.

Plan and lead engaging musical ensembles, choirs, and performances.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated support.

Collaborate with colleagues within the Music department and across the school to enhance the curriculum and contribute to the school’s musical culture.

A Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

A strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Music curriculum.

Experience teaching a range of musical instruments and vocal techniques., * Possesses excellent subject knowledge and a passion for music education.

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
