Are you a contracts whizz with pharmaceutical industry experience, available to jump into a high-impact role straight away? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join an international legal team on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of the year, helping to manage workload during a busy period. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a variety of legal and operational work across an innovative and growing pharmaceutical business.

What’s involved:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts – from MSAs and SOWs to confidentiality agreements and vendor contracts
  • Supporting international legal operations and managing a contract management system
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders across legal and commercial teams
  • Helping streamline processes and drive efficiencies

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with commercial contracts in the pharmaceutical industry
  • A solid legal background – paralegal, legal executive or law degree qualified
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused
  • Available to start ASAP and able to work 2–3 days per week onsite in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
  • Fluency in another European language advantageous (German, Spanish or French)
