Key accountabilities:- To initiate consistent and high-quality contact with victims of crimes committed by young people and to co-ordinate their engagement with the Youth Justice Service.
- To undertake assessments of victim’s needs in accordance with effective practice guidelines to ascertain the appropriate level of intervention required.
- To work with young people who have offended, their families and with victims promoting restorative justice.
