Wax London is a fast growing Menswear brand with ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels. Known for our use of characterful fabrications, we are delivering something different to the menswear market.

Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Wholesale Assistant to join our dynamic team in our London office. This role will support the Wholesale Director & Wholesale Manager in keeping our wholesale operation running seamlessly behind the scenes, while also enjoying regular contact with the clients and accounts at the heart of the business.

The Role

  • Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid
  • 35 hours per week | Hours 09:30 - 17:30

Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the wholesale operation.
  • Owning sample management for both the in-house and external agents.
  • Business-partnering with Operations and Finance regarding shipments and account management.
  • Preparing and sending order confirmations to clients at the end of each season.
  • Managing existing accounts while actively identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sourcing and developing new clients to expand the independent wholesale business.
  • Working alongside the Wholesale Director & Manager to help shape future strategy.
