Wavin, an Orbia business, is currently recruiting for a Trading Colleague to join our team in Doncaster, taking responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of Wavin’s developer and contractor trading agreements.

About the role

Working closely with the National Developer Team, external Sales teams, installers, contractors, and internal commercial functions, a key part of the role will be validating and processing rebate claims, ensuring calculations are accurate, agreements are correctly administered, and all payments comply with commercial governance requirements. This is a role where accuracy, commercial judgement, organisation, and stakeholder management really matter.

  • Create, issue, and maintain National and Regional Housebuilder, Installer and Tier 1 trading agreements
  • Validate developer, installer, and price-offset rebate claims in line with commercial governance
  • Manage agreements covering a significant customer and revenue base
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, sites, claims, payments, and customer information within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Act as a Key User and Business Expert for Developer functionality within CRM
  • Maintain reports covering live agreements, payment history, and claim activity
  • Coordinate approvals, invoices, supporting evidence, and payments with Finance
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial Rebate, Technical Support, and Business Support teams
  • Communicate directly with developers and installers to manage agreements and resolve claim queries

About you

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience in a commercial, sales support, pricing, rebate, or administrative role
  • Ideally, experience within the building products, construction, merchant, installer, or developer environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident working with complex information, data, and financial calculations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Strong telephone manner and confidence dealing with external customers
  • Experience with CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly advantageous
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the importance of governance and accuracy
