Wavin, an Orbia business, is looking for a Territory Sales Consultant who is ready to make an impact — someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to help shape the future of sustainable water management solutions at Wavin.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven Territory Sales Consultant – Below Ground to join our Northern regional team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (North), you will champion our Below Ground product portfolio, converting specifications into orders and developing strong relationships across the construction ecosystem.
- Convert specifications into orders across all key sectors
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality project pipeline
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with End Users, subcontractors, and specifiers
- Deliver CPD sessions and technical product training
- Target and onboard new merchant stockists
- Grow sales in existing branches and introduce additional product ranges
- Implement marketing initiatives and sales promotions
About You
- Based in Yorkshire or Lincolnshire
- Experience within a market-leading manufacturing environment—ideally building products or construction
- A proven track record in specification sales and project pipeline management
- Strong commercial awareness of construction markets and below-ground solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, opportunity-driven approach
- Confident communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- A solid network of relevant industry contacts
- A relevant degree would be desirable
