Wavin, part of Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure (B&I) business group, is looking for a Finance Manager – Northern Europe who’s ready to make an impact in a dynamic, purpose‑driven environment.
About the Role
- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and business partnering for multiple manufacturing sites across the region.
- Lead and develop a team of three finance professionals based across multiple countries.
- Produce accurate, value‑adding monthly financial results, forecasts and management reports.
- Manage EBITA, NWC, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and control.
- Drive improvements in financial controls, governance and compliance with Group accounting policies.
- Oversee and implement internal audit action plans within agreed timelines.
- Lead CAPEX processes, from project preparation through to post‑completion reviews.
- Control operational overheads and ensure accurate reconciliations and statutory reporting.
- Contribute to the Northern Europe Finance Leadership Team, shaping business strategy and outcomes.
About You
- Strong background in manufacturing finance and accounting, ideally within an international environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams across multiple locations.
- Comprehensive understanding of international accounting standards and manufacturing cost structures.
- Excellent business partnering skills — translating financial insights into clear strategic action.
- Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel across Northern Europe as required.
- Degree‑educated or equivalent (preferable).
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
