We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join us in Doncaster. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Multi-Skilled Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance activities in line with equipment and schedule attainment, developing new activities where and when required, whilst always taking into consideration health and safety standards and legislation. The role also includes project work and will support the Lead Engineers in maintaining plant and equipment, customer service requirements and required OEE.
- Conduct day to day maintenance activities, maintaining machine availability
- Involvement in site projects
- Maintain maintenance monitoring
- Support the Lead Engineers in implementing workplace organisation across the engineering department
- Mentor Apprentices within the Maintenance department
- Attend daily engineering steering, weekly RCA and monthly energy meetings
Qualified Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical bias preferred) in Injection Moulding, Extrusion and Automated Assembly Systems.
