Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (shift premium)

Hours: 3 shifts available to pick from:

  • Early shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (10% shift premium)
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
  • Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm (20% shift premium)

Job Type: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operative to join a market leading manufacturing business on a permanent basis.

The role of Machine Operative:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards across all areas of work.

The Machine Operative should have the following skills and experience:
