Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a Cybersecurity – Identity Access Management Manager. Becoming a Cybersecurity Manager will mean joining the Global Cybersecurity Practice, an independent and in-house team of 1000+ consultants working seamlessly across the globe (London, Paris, New York, Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore).
Your role will include engaging in a variety of impactful projects, including:
- Lead Digital Identity strategy engagements, defining target capabilities, governance, and delivery roadmap across Workforce/CIAM/PAM.
- Deliver current-state assessments (maturity, governance, lifecycle controls) and define target-state capabilities, operating model, and controls framework.
- Own IAM requirements definition and vendor evaluation (RFI/RFP), building scoring models, shaping PoV, and recommending tool selection across domains.
- Steer end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and control outcomes are met.
- Manage senior stakeholders, facilitate decision workshops, and drive timely decisions via governance, options analysis, and explicit trade-offs.
- Own team performance and delivery quality and drive commercial outputs: proposals, scoping/estimation, and account expansion.
To be considered for this role:
- Solid foundation in consulting skills in external client-facing consultancy.
- Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, client pitches, proposals, value proposition development).
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching junior members of staff.
- Hands-on technical leadership delivering IAM solutions on at least one major vendor stack, with Cloud Identity depth (Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, hybrid/multi-cloud integration patterns), including SailPoint/Saviynt, Ping/ForgeRock/Okta/Transmit and CyberArk.
